We are now a year and a half into a coordinated and strategic attack on diversity, equity and inclusion—both the term “DEI” as well as the underlying values for which it stands. Extremist forces are using attacks on “DEI” to hollow out core American institutions, including federal and state government agencies, education at all levels, philanthropy, the arts, and corporate America.
NxtLevel provides resources for allies, institutional leaders, and policymakers to help them navigate a rapidly changing legal and political landscape in a manner consistent with their mission.
